Thank you for your interest in our products and services. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find detailed information on how your data is processed in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This statement applies to the website and online shop ogstickers.net, operated by Eduard Valcárcel Ballester (OG Stickers), and explains what data is collected, for what purposes and how it is processed.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Each time a website is accessed, the server automatically stores a technical log (requested file, IP address, date and time, amount of data transferred and browser). These logs are used exclusively to ensure the correct operation and security of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and are deleted within a maximum of ten days.

Our hosting service is provided by an external provider. Data is processed on its servers solely within the framework described in this statement.

2. Data from your orders and enquiries

We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when placing an order or contacting us (name, email and, if you provide them, phone number, Instagram username, shipping address and notes). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need them to process the order or your enquiry.

We use this data to perform the contract and respond to your enquiries. Once completed, the data is retained for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation and then deleted, unless you have given us your consent for another use.

3. Data transfers

To perform the contract, we transfer your data to the carrier responsible for delivery to the extent necessary. If you pay through an external payment method, your payment data is transferred to the relevant payment institution or provider, whose own privacy policy applies.

4. Website usage measurement

To improve the website, we anonymously measure how it is used: which parts of the page are clicked, how far down people scroll, how long each section is viewed and whether the calculator or cart is used. This measurement:

• does not use cookies or store anything on your device;
• does not store your IP address or any data that identifies you;
• does not share anything with third parties (we do not use Google Analytics or advertising networks);
• is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

It is based on our legitimate interest in improving the website, and you may object by writing to us.

5. Storage in your browser

The cart is saved in your own browser's local storage (localStorage) so that you do not lose it when reloading the page. It is not sent anywhere until you place your order, and you can delete it by emptying the cart or clearing the site data in your browser. Images you upload to the calculator to preview the result never leave your browser.

The browser session (sessionStorage) also stores how long you have been on the website, solely for the visual effect of the wall gradually filling with stickers. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent anywhere.

6. Social media

Our website links to Instagram through a standard link, not through embedded plugins, so no connection is established with its servers until you click.

7. Your rights and contact

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to erasure and to object to its processing, as well as to withdraw any consent given. To do so, or for any question about your data, please contact:

Right to object

Insofar as we process your data to protect our legitimate interests, you may object to such processing with effect for the future. If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise this right at any time. For other purposes, you may only object where there are grounds relating to your particular situation. Once you have exercised this right, we will stop processing your data for those purposes, unless there are compelling overriding grounds or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
