Before you ask.
What's the minimum order?
50 stickers per design. From there, the more you order, the lower the price per unit: at 1,000 units you can pay less than half per sticker.
I don't have a design — can you make one?
Yes, it's our favourite part. We design logos, illustrations, labels and packaging from scratch. Tell us your idea by DM or in the order notes.
What file should I send?
Ideally a PNG with a transparent background, a PDF or a vector file (AI/SVG) at good resolution. If you don't have one, send us whatever you've got and we'll prepare it. You can send it to ogstickers.info@gmail.com with your order number.
What's the difference between holographic, glitter and special effect?
Holographic reflects a rainbow that shifts with the light. Glitter has sparkles that flash. Special effect combines finishes (like embossing) so you can feel the sticker too. Up in “Pick your vinyl” you can see them in motion.
Can they handle water and sun?
With laminate (gloss or matte) they're protected against scratches, moisture and UV rays. Perfect for jars, lighters, laptops or the street.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm the order with you, we send you the total. You can pay by bank transfer, card, PayPal, Bizum, Google Pay or Apple Pay. The order goes into production once we've received the payment and the design file. Prices on the website include VAT.
How long does shipping take?
We ship with GLS. Once the courier collects the parcel from our workshop, it takes 1 to 5 working days. Shipping costs depend on the parcel's weight; we'll confirm them along with the total before you pay.
Do I see the design before it's printed?
Always. We send you a proof with sizes and finish, and we don't print anything until you give us the OK.
